Programmatic Display Manager & Analyst

lastminute.com is looking for a Programmatic Display Manager & Analyst, based in Chiasso, Madrid or London, is responsible for developing, executing, analysing and optimising display performance activities in accordance with marketing and media sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for the management of audiences across all the Group’s properties.

He/she will be willing to pick up a challenge and collaborate into shaping the future in-house display trading desk.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, monitor and optimise display, video, mobile, social media campaigns based on campaign’s goals 

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

  • Provide reports and analysis on campaign delivery and performance and share actionable insights with the rest of the acquisition team 

  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Ensure that campaigns meet company’s expectations in terms of ROI, budget spend, pacing, frequency capping etc. 

  • Monitor and optimise performance against KPIs (CTR/CPA/CR/ROI)

  • Work independently on specific projects and little supervision

  • collaborate closely with web analytics, marketing technology, media sales and suppliers, address and resolve process and technical issues 

 

Specialist/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  Essential

  • Experience (proven in a previous role) with programmatic media buy side campaign management, optimisation, trafficking and troubleshooting 

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with BI Tools (Spotfire, OBIEE, looker or the like) & databases (SQL etc)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure 

  • Passionate for digital marketing 

  • Ability to work in a team 

  • Fluent Business English 

  • Candidate must enjoy working independently as a self-starter

Desirable

  • Bachelor degree (Master a plus) in a scientific subject is preferable: Computer Science, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, Finance, Math, Engineering, Physics 

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets

  • Direct experience with remarketing, DSPs and DMPs.

  • Experience in CRM / direct marketing
